Caroline Berryman-SPED Teacher

Hello! My name is Caroline Berryman, and I am so excited to get this school year started! I originally grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and moved out to Carrollton when I started college at UWG in 2013. I completed my student teaching at GHE in 2017, and loved being a wildcat so much that I decided I wanted to stay! My husband Nathan, and I, now live in Douglasville with our 4 fur babies: Lizzie, Sadie, Narcissa, and Ronald Meowsly.

This school year will be my 9th year of teaching, and I am so happy that all 9 have been here at GHE! I previously taught 4th grade for 6 years, and this is my 3rd year in Special Education. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2017, my Master of Education in Media Technology in 2019, and my Specialist in Education in Early Childhood Education in 2022. If all goes as planned, I will be graduating with my Doctorate in Special Education from Liberty University in the 2028! Along with this, I am SPED certified, Nationally STEM certified, and gifted certified.
