Diane Thompson - 2nd Grade Teacher

My name is Diane Thompson. I started teaching at GHE in 2004 as a paraprofessional. Through the years I worked as a SPED and Pre-K paraprofessional until I finished my teaching degree. I left and then came back to GHE at 2014 as a paraprofessional and moved into a teaching position. This will be my 8th year teaching 2nd grade. Also, I am an advisor of the Purple Pearls and I enjoy being a part of this club. I am a native of the Villa Rica community and GHE (Villa Rica Primary) is the school that I attended as a child. GHE is home to me, always have been and always will be. Wildcat born and bred!!!!
