Greetings Glanton-Hindsman Family! My name is Mrs. Maegan P. Day, and I am so elated to serve as the Assistant Principal for the 23-24 school year! Having attended GHES, I also attended Bay Springs Middle School and graduated from Villa Rica High School in 2006! I have served as a teacher/coach at Villa Rica High School, Chapel Hill High School, and Tri-Cities High School. Most recently, I have served as an Assistant Principal at Temple High School. In addition to being an educator, I am a community partner and founder of the PEARLS organization which supports girls and young ladies who are members of the VR Cluster Purple PEARLS, the Temple Cluster Golden PEARLS, the Central Middle School Maroon PEARLS, and the BHS Red PEARLS. Outside of positively impacting the lives of students, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin Sr., my children, Maelee and Justin Jr., family and friends. As one of the great-great granddaughters of Mrs. Jennie Glanton and one of great-great-great nieces of Mr. Corrie Hindsman, I have a strong sense of community pride!I bleed Purple and Gold and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve my community as the Assistant Principal at Glanton-Hindsman Elementary School.
